Nerul, Navi Mumbai · 3D assets & visualisation

3D modeling
& visualization.

Models, textures, rigging, animation and photorealistic product renders from ₹2,500 — for products that are hard, expensive or impossible to photograph.

These are asset deliverables priced per model. Building an interactive 3D website that visitors can rotate and configure is a separate service, priced on the website development page.

01 / Who this is for

For businesses that need to show a product that is hard to photograph.

3D modeling means building a digital version of a physical object — a product, a machine, a piece of furniture, a character — that can then be turned into images, animations or an asset that runs inside a website or game.

It is useful when the object does not exist yet, when photographing it properly would be expensive, when you need the same item shown in twenty colours, or when you want to show how something works inside.

02 / Models and renders vs an interactive 3D website

Two different things that both get called "3D".

This page: 3D assets and visuals

You receive files. A 3D model, a set of textures, a rendered image, a turntable video or an animation clip. You then use them wherever you like — a brochure, an e-commerce listing, a pitch deck, a social post, a trade stand or another developer’s project.

These are deliverables, priced per model, per angle or per animation.

Interactive 3D websites: a different service

An interactive 3D website is a live web page where visitors can rotate, zoom or configure something in the browser, built with Three.js or WebGL. That is website development, not asset production, and it is priced on the website development and deployment page — Essential at ₹80,000 – ₹2,00,000 and Immersive at ₹2,50,000 – ₹6,00,000+.

The two are often bought together: models are produced here, then built into the interactive site there. They are quoted as separate line items so you can see the cost of each.

03 / Problems this can address

What 3D work is usually bought to solve.

  • The product does not exist yet. You need marketing images before manufacturing starts.
  • Photography is expensive or impractical. The item is huge, heavy, installed on site, or only exists as a drawing.
  • Too many variants to photograph. The same product in twelve finishes means one model and twelve renders, not twelve photo shoots.
  • Customers cannot picture it. A flat photo does not show scale, mechanism or what is inside.
  • Inconsistent product imagery. Photos taken at different times in different lighting look like different catalogues.
  • You need an asset for a game, app or 3D website. A model built for print will not perform in a browser without being optimised for it.

04 / How it works

The stages of producing a 3D asset.

Modeling: building the shape

The geometry of the object is built from your drawings, dimensions or photographs. "Clean topology" means the surface is built tidily, which matters because a messy model is difficult to texture, animate or optimise later.

Texturing: making it look like a real material

PBR texturing gives the surface believable material behaviour — how brushed steel catches light differently from matte plastic or polished wood. This is the difference between an object that looks like a real product and one that looks like a grey shape.

Rigging: giving it a skeleton

Rigging adds the internal controls that let a model move — joints for a character, hinges for a machine. Nothing can be animated until it has been rigged.

Animation: making it move

Movement cycles built on top of the rig: a character walking, a machine operating, a product opening or assembling.

Rendering: producing the final picture

Lighting the scene and producing the finished image or video. A still render is one image from one angle. A 360° turntable is a set of images or a short video showing the object rotating fully.

05 / Services and rates

Priced per model, per animation and per render.

Modeling tiers are priced per model, so ten products means ten models. Animation and rigging is an add-on applied to a model that has already been built. Renders are priced per angle or per set.

3D modeling and visualisation rates
Service What is included Per model rate
Simple Model (static) Basic product or prop, clean topology, single texture. Priced per model. ₹3,000 – ₹12,000
Detailed Model + Textures High-detail model, PBR textures and materials, optimised for web or game use. Priced per model. ₹15,000 – ₹45,000
Complex / Character Model Character or intricate asset, rigging-ready, with multiple materials. ₹40,000 – ₹1,20,000
Animation / Rigging Rig plus animation cycles, per model. An add-on to any modeling tier. ₹10,000 – ₹50,000
Product Render / Visualization Photorealistic still render or 360° turntable, priced per angle or per set. ₹2,500 – ₹10,000

Every rate above is a project rate, billed per project rather than as a subscription. Where a range is shown, the position within it depends on how complex the geometry is, how many materials are involved, and the level of detail the final use actually requires.

A model built for a printed catalogue and a model built to load quickly in a web browser are optimised differently. Tell us where the asset will be used before the quote, because it changes how the model is built — and rebuilding it later costs more than building it correctly once.

06 / What you get and what is excluded

Deliverables and exclusions, stated up front.

Included in the agreed scope

  • The 3D model files in the agreed formats.
  • Texture and material files, where the tier includes texturing.
  • The rig, where rigging is included.
  • Rendered images or video at the agreed resolution and angles.
  • Optimisation for the stated end use, agreed before work starts.
  • The agreed number of revision rounds, confirmed in your quote.

Not included unless quoted separately

  • Building the interactive 3D website itself. See website development and deployment.
  • Additional models. Each model is a separate line item.
  • Additional render angles beyond the agreed set.
  • Stock models, licensed assets and paid textures bought from third parties.
  • Physical prototyping, 3D printing and engineering drawings for manufacture.
  • Video editing, voiceover, music and post-production beyond the agreed render.
  • Unlimited revisions. The number of rounds is agreed in the quote.

07 / What this looks like in practice

Three situations, described as hypotheticals.

These are illustrative scenarios written to explain how the rates apply. They are not Netqorix client projects.

Hypothetical example

A furniture maker with a new chair not yet in production. One detailed model with PBR textures, then renders in four fabric finishes from three angles. That is one model plus a set of renders — not four separate models, because the geometry is reused and only the materials change.

Hypothetical example

A machinery supplier explaining how a pump works. A detailed model, rigged so the internal parts can move, plus a short animation showing the operating cycle. This is a detailed model plus the animation and rigging add-on, and it replaces a page of technical description that customers were not reading.

Hypothetical example

A brand wanting its product configurable on its website. Two services: the model and textures are produced here, then the interactive viewer is built as an interactive 3D website on the website development page. Quoted as separate lines so the asset cost and the build cost are both visible.

08 / The delivery process

How a 3D engagement runs.

  1. Send your references

Drawings, dimensions, photographs from several angles, material samples or brand references. The quality of these references is the single biggest factor in the result.

  2. Confirm the end use

Print, web, video, game or an interactive 3D website. This decides how the model is built and optimised, so it is settled before quoting rather than after.

  3. Scope and fixed quote

Each model, animation and render set is quoted as its own line, along with the file formats you will receive and the number of revision rounds included.

  4. Modeling and review

The geometry is built and shown for review before texturing begins, because shape changes are far cheaper to make at that stage than after materials and lighting are done.

  5. Texture, render and deliver

Materials, lighting and final output are produced, then the agreed files are handed over after final settlement.

Delivery time depends on the number of models, their complexity and how quickly references and reviews come back from you. A schedule is confirmed in your quote rather than promised in advance on this page.

09 / Costs to be aware of

What sits outside the per-model rate.

  • Stock models, licensed assets or paid texture libraries, if your project needs them. These are bought from third parties and passed on at cost.
  • Additional render angles or variants beyond the agreed set, priced per angle.
  • Revisions beyond the agreed rounds, quoted before the work is done.
  • Hosting and bandwidth, where large 3D assets are delivered over the web. See cloud services.
  • The interactive 3D website build, if you want visitors to interact with the model rather than just view images of it.

Frequently asked questions

3D modeling questions.

What is the difference between 3D modeling and an interactive 3D website?

3D modeling produces files: models, textures, renders and animations that you use wherever you like. An interactive 3D website is a live web page where visitors rotate, zoom or configure a product in their browser, built with Three.js or WebGL and priced on the website development page at ₹80,000 – ₹2,00,000 for Essential and ₹2,50,000 – ₹6,00,000+ for Immersive. Many projects need both, quoted as separate lines.

Is the price per model or per project?

Per model. Ten products means ten models, each priced at its tier. Renders are priced per angle or per set, and rigging and animation are add-ons applied to a model that has already been built.

What do you need from me to start?

Drawings, dimensions, photographs from several angles, material samples and brand references, plus a clear statement of where the asset will be used. Better references produce a better model and reduce revision rounds.

Can you model something that does not exist yet?

Yes. That is one of the most common reasons to use 3D — producing marketing images before manufacturing begins. Accurate drawings and dimensions matter more in that case, because there is no physical object to check the result against.

Will the model work on my website?

Only if it was built for that. Web assets must be optimised so pages load quickly, which means different construction from a model built for a printed catalogue. Confirm the end use before the quote — rebuilding for a different use later costs more than building for it once.

How many revisions are included?

The number of rounds is stated in your quote rather than left open. Revisions to the shape are far cheaper during the modeling stage than after texturing, lighting and rendering, which is why the geometry is reviewed before texturing starts.

Do I own the models?

Yes. The agreed model, texture and render files are handed over after final settlement and you can use them as you wish. Any third-party stock assets or licensed textures remain under their own licence terms, which are stated in the quote.

Can you animate an existing model I already have?

Usually yes, depending on how it was built. A model with messy geometry often has to be repaired or rebuilt before it can be rigged, and that is quoted separately after reviewing the file rather than assumed.
