3D modeling & visualization.
Show products before they are built, and products that are hard to photograph. 3D models from ₹3,000 per model, photorealistic renders from ₹2,500, with source files included on delivery.
Visualizing industrial, architectural and complex products.
If your product is large, technical, still in design, or simply difficult to photograph well, a 3D model lets you show it clearly. One accurate model can produce catalogue images, a 360° turntable, an animation or a real-time viewer for a website.
Netqorix builds 3D models, textures, rigs, animations and product renders. Sanjeev scopes the work directly with you, so the model is built for how it will actually be used, a web viewer, a still render or an animation, rather than being over-built for the wrong purpose.
Expensive studio shoots, internal mechanisms and pre-production demos.
Photographing every variant, colour or angle of a product costs time and money. A model is built once and rendered many times.
Cutaways, exploded views and moving parts are difficult or impossible to show with a camera.
You need to show a customer, investor or tender committee something before the prototype is built.
Machinery, plant equipment and installations are hard to bring to a shoot.
Photos taken at different times and places look inconsistent. Renders from one model stay consistent.
A real-time viewer needs a model that is correctly prepared for the web, not one made for a printed brochure.
Topology, PBR texturing, rigging and GLB/glTF web exports.
The model is built as a mesh of polygons. Topology is how cleanly those polygons are arranged. Clean topology deforms and renders well and keeps file sizes sensible.
Physically based rendering (PBR) materials describe colour, roughness, metal and surface detail so the model looks correct under any lighting. Textures are matched to your reference.
A rig is a hidden skeleton of controls that lets a model move. Rigging is added when you need character movement, opening doors, rotating parts or mechanism animation.
A render is a still image or a 360° turntable produced from the finished model with lighting and camera chosen for the product.
A model for a website or game is optimised to stay light. A model for a render can carry far more detail. The end use decides which one you are paying for.
GLB/glTF is the standard format for showing 3D in a browser. Web-bound models are exported in this format and checked for size and loading behaviour.
Five 3D options, priced per model.
Which option applies depends on the polygon detail, how many materials and textures the model needs, and whether it must be rigged. The option is agreed with you in writing before work starts.
| Service | What's included | Per model rate |
|---|---|---|
| Simple Model (static) | Basic product / prop, clean topology, single texture (per model). | ₹3,000 – ₹12,000 |
| Detailed Model + Textures | High-detail model, PBR textures, materials, web/game-optimized (per model). | ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 |
| Complex / Character Model | Character or intricate asset, rigging-ready, multiple materials. | ₹40,000 – ₹1,20,000 |
| Animation / Rigging | Rig + animation cycles, per model (add-on to any tier). | ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 |
| Product Render / Visualization | Photorealistic still render or 360° turntable (per angle / set). | ₹2,500 – ₹10,000 |
Every rate above is a project rate billed per model or per set, not a subscription. The standard payment schedule is 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Full line-item rates for every Netqorix service are on the pricing page.
How 3D deliverables differ from interactive 3D website development. View full pricing details →Priced per model. Final quote depends on polygon detail, texture resolution, and whether the asset is real-time (web/game) or high-poly (render). Source files (.blend/.fbx/.glb) included on delivery.
Asset formats, source files and rendering rights.
Included in the agreed scope:
- The finished model or render set, built to the approved reference and scope.
- Source files in .blend, .fbx and .glb formats on delivery.
- PBR textures and materials with the model, where texturing is in your scope.
- Web-bound models exported as GLB/glTF and checked before handover.
- Rendering and usage rights: under the standard engagement terms, graphic assets and IP rights transfer to you on final invoice settlement.
- Two rounds of revisions per milestone, as set out in the engagement terms.
Not included unless quoted separately:
- Interactive 3D website development. See website development and deployment (/services-web).
- Stock models, licensed textures and paid assets, unless they are written into the quote.
- Engineering, manufacturing or 3D-print-ready files. The model is for visualization.
- Reverse engineering from poor reference. Accuracy depends on the quality of the drawings, photos and dimensions you supply.
- Hosting and delivery of web 3D files. See running costs below.
- Extra revision rounds beyond those included, and changes to approved milestones.
- Models or features discussed but not written into the approved scope.
If you supply reference images, drawings or branded designs, you confirm you hold the rights to use them. Netqorix does not model from material you are not entitled to share.
Manufacturing and product visualization cases, described as hypotheticals.
These are illustrative scenarios written to explain how scope affects the option and price. They are not Netqorix client projects. Verified Netqorix projects are published on the work page.
A pump manufacturer needs catalogue images before the product line is finished.
One Detailed Model with PBR textures can be rendered from several angles and in several colours. That is a Detailed Model plus Product Render work, and no studio shoot is needed.
A machinery maker wants to show how an internal mechanism works.
A cutaway or moving-part animation explains it better than any photograph. That is a Complex model, with Animation / Rigging added to show the movement.
An architectural practice needs a clear visual of a facade detail for a client presentation.
A single Simple or Detailed model of the element, rendered as a still image, is usually enough. It is far less than a full building model.
Reference intake, clay render milestone and texture signoff.
Share drawings, CAD exports, photos, dimensions and the end use: web viewer, still render or animation. The quality of the reference sets the ceiling on accuracy.
Sanjeev confirms the option, polygon detail, number of models and deliverables, and issues a fixed quote with exclusions and payment milestones written down.
You review an untextured grey render to approve shape and proportions before any texturing begins. Changes are cheapest at this stage.
PBR textures and materials are applied and shown for your approval. Rigging and animation, if in scope, are added after signoff.
Final renders or web exports are delivered with the source files. Rights transfer on final settlement.
Rendering compute and web 3D asset hosting.
One-time project cost:
The work is billed per model or per set at the rate above, 50% to start and 50% on delivery. If the scope changes mid-project, the change is quoted and approved separately before it is made.
Rendering compute:
High-detail photorealistic renders and animations need a lot of processing time. Where a project needs heavy or batch rendering, the compute requirement is stated in your quote before work begins, not added afterwards.
Web 3D asset hosting:
GLB/glTF files shown on a website must be hosted somewhere and delivered quickly. Hosting is billed by your hosting or cloud provider, not by Netqorix. See cloud services and infrastructure (/services-cloud) for managed options.
Netqorix itemises these in your quote so you can see the one-time modeling cost and any ongoing hosting cost before you commit.

What files will I receive?
What is the difference between a model for web and a model for rendering?
Can you model from CAD files, drawings or photos?
Will the render look exactly like my real product?
What is the difference between 3D modeling and interactive 3D website development?
Who owns the models and renders?
Can you rig and animate a model?

How long will a model take?
What usually goes with a 3D project.
Tell Sanjeev what you need to see in 3D.
Send what needs modelling, your reference material and how the result will be used. You will get a straight answer on the right option, followed by a fixed quote after scope review.
