The cloud means renting computing capacity, storage and databases from a provider instead of owning servers. You pay for what you use, and capacity can grow or shrink.
The plan for which services run where and how they connect. A good architecture is sized for your real traffic and costs, not for the largest possible load.
A virtual private cloud is a private, walled-off section of the provider's network where your servers and databases sit, so they are not exposed to the open internet unnecessarily.
Identity and access management is the set of rules for who and what is allowed to do what. Giving each person and service only the access they need limits the damage if something goes wrong.
A pipeline that takes an approved change and puts it live the same way every time, so updates are repeatable and can be rolled back.
Health monitoring and alerts catch problems early, backups let you recover, and autoscaling rules add capacity when traffic rises.

Which tier applies depends on how many services your application uses, how much traffic it carries and how quickly problems must be handled. The tier is agreed with you in writing before work starts.

Cloud Setup is billed per project, 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Managed plans are retainers billed monthly in advance. Full line-item rates for every Netqorix service are on the pricing page.
Two models — fixed monthly management fees (provider usage billed separately) or pass-through provider cost + margin. Supported providers: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DigitalOcean, Vercel, Netlify. Starting estimates. Final quote depends on scope, features, and timeline.
Managed cloud deliverables and provider boundaries.
Included in the agreed scope:
- Cloud architecture, VPCs, IAM rules and CI/CD pipeline configured as written in your scope.
- Written documentation of what was set up, so the setup is not held in one person's head.
- The monitoring, backups, SSL and patching listed for your managed tier.
- Autoscaling rules, database tuning, alerts and a monthly infrastructure report on the Business tier.
- Load balancing, DevOps engineering and 24x7 incident monitoring with priority SLA on the Scale tier.
- Cloud accounts held in your name, with credentials and access handed over.
Not included unless quoted separately:
- The cloud provider's usage charges, which are billed at cost to you or passed through with the management margin.
- Application development and bug fixes in your code. See mobile and web app development (/services-app).
- Any uptime percentage guarantee. Service levels are written into your quote and no figure is promised on this page.
- Compliance certifications or audits, such as formal security or regulatory certifications.
- Third-party software licences, domain registration and paid monitoring tools.
- Migration or data transfer work beyond what is stated in the approved scope.
- Provider outages. Netqorix manages your setup; the provider runs the underlying platform, and its outages are outside Netqorix's control.

A small business web application is running on a single shared server.
It needs a proper home with backups and a repeatable deployment path. That is a Cloud Setup, followed by Managed — Starter to keep it monitored and patched.
An online store slows down every time a campaign sends traffic.
It needs autoscaling, a tuned database and alerts that fire before customers notice. That is a Managed — Business plan, with a monthly report showing what happened.
A platform with many users cannot afford to be offline outside office hours.
It needs load balancing, DevOps support and round-the-clock monitoring with a priority response. That is the Managed — Scale tier.
From infrastructure design to production release.

Sanjeev proposes the provider and architecture, estimates the provider's likely usage charges, and issues a fixed quote for the Netqorix work with deliverables, exclusions and payment milestones.
Networking, access rules and the CI/CD pipeline are built and tested in a staging environment before anything touches production.
The setup is checked for security, backups, monitoring and deployment before it carries live traffic.
The setup goes live. Documentation, credentials and account access are handed over, and the managed plan begins if you have chosen one.
Provider usage costs vs management retainer.
One-time setup
Cloud Setup is billed per project at the rate above, 50% to start and 50% on delivery. If the scope changes mid-project, the change is quoted and approved separately before it is built.
Management retainer
Managed plans are monthly retainers billed in advance. They pay for Netqorix's time: monitoring, patching, backups, tuning and reporting, according to your tier. They do not include the provider's charges.
Provider usage costs
The provider charges for compute, storage, databases and bandwidth based on what your application uses. There are two ways to handle this. You can pay the provider directly under your own account, with Netqorix charging a fixed monthly management fee. Or Netqorix can pass the provider's cost through with a management margin of 15 to 20%. Which one applies is agreed before work begins.
Keeping costs predictable
Your quote includes an estimate of the provider's likely monthly usage so there is no surprise at the end of the first month. Estimates depend on real usage, and actual charges can differ.
