Design
& integrations.

UI/UX design, logo and brand identity, business cards, payment gateways, software integrations and admin dashboards — each priced as its own line item from ₹800.

These are add-on rates that sit alongside the core website packages. Printing, transaction fees and third-party subscriptions are billed by those providers and are not included.

01 / Who this is for

For businesses that need the pieces around the build.

A website or app is rarely the whole job. You may also need a logo, a design your developer can actually build from, a way to take payments, a link to your CRM, or a screen where your staff can manage records without calling you.

These services can be bought alongside a Netqorix build or on their own. If you already have a website and just need a payment gateway added or a logo designed, that is a perfectly normal request and is priced as its own item.

02 / Problems this can address

What these services are usually bought to fix.

  • The brand looks different everywhere. The logo on the sign, the invoice and the website are three different files in three different colours.
  • Customers cannot pay online. Every payment is a bank transfer chased by phone.
  • Two systems do not talk. Enquiries arrive on the website and are re-typed into a CRM or a spreadsheet by hand.
  • Nobody can update content. Changing a price or adding a product means emailing a developer.
  • You have no printed identity. No business card, or one that does not match anything else you own.
  • The interface was never designed. The build started straight into code, so the screens are inconsistent and confusing to use.

03 / How each service works

Plain explanations of what you are actually buying.

UI/UX design

UI is what the screens look like. UX is whether people can complete what they came to do. This service produces the design in Figma: the page and screen layouts for desktop and mobile, a clickable prototype you can walk through before anything is built, and a reusable design system so every future page looks like it belongs. It is design, not development — the build is quoted separately.

Logo and brand identity

A vector logo that stays sharp at any size, from a phone screen to a hoarding, plus the colour palette, typography rules, a usage manual and an asset kit so anyone you hire later knows exactly which files to use.

Business cards

Print-ready artwork prepared with proper bleed so the printer can produce it without guessing. Standard covers one concept; Premium covers two or three concepts, double-sided artwork, the source vector files and setup for special print finishes.

Digital and QR business card

A small web page that holds your contact details, with a QR code and a tap-to-share link. Someone scans it and saves your number straight into their phone. Useful when you meet people constantly and printed cards run out.

Payment gateway integration

Connecting Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal or UPI to your site or app so customers can pay online. It includes the webhooks that tell your system when a payment actually succeeded, and automated invoice receipts — the part that stops payments going missing.

Third-party and API integrations

Making your system talk to another one: a CRM, WhatsApp Business, an SMS gateway, an accounting tool or a custom REST or GraphQL endpoint. Priced per integration, because each one has its own rules, limits and failure cases.

Admin dashboard and CMS

A private screen where your team manages content, products, users, permissions and records, and exports data, without touching code or asking a developer. This is what turns a static site into something your staff can run.

04 / Services and rates

Each item priced on its own.

Every item below is billed per project, not as a subscription. Where a range is shown, the position within it depends on the number of screens or concepts, how many user states must be designed, and how much testing an integration needs.

Rush Delivery Expedited project timeline with dedicated priority resource allocation. An optional surcharge on the agreed project value. +25 – 40%

These are add-on rates. They sit alongside the core Starter, Growth and Custom website packages rather than replacing them — see the pricing page for the full comparison.

05 / Rush delivery

An optional surcharge, not a default.

Rush delivery compresses the schedule by reserving dedicated priority time for your project ahead of other work. It is charged as a surcharge of 25–40% on the agreed project value.

  • It is entirely optional. No project is quoted with rush applied unless you ask for it.
  • It is a surcharge on the project value, not a separate flat fee, so it scales with the size of what you are buying.
  • The percentage within the band depends on how far the schedule is being compressed and what has to be moved to accommodate it.
  • It cannot compress things outside Netqorix’s control — app store review queues, your own content and approval turnaround, printer lead times, or DNS propagation.
  • If rush is applied, it appears as its own line on your quote so you can see exactly what the speed is costing.

06 / What you get and what is excluded

Deliverables and exclusions, stated up front.

Included in the agreed scope

  • The agreed design files, source files and asset kits for design items.
  • Print-ready artwork with bleed for business cards.
  • Working integrations, tested against the agreed scenarios.
  • Webhook handling and invoice receipts for payment gateways.
  • A working admin dashboard with the agreed roles and permissions.
  • Handover of the files and access after final settlement.

Not included unless quoted separately

  • Printing itself. Business card design is artwork; the printer bills you for the printing.
  • Payment gateway transaction fees and any onboarding charges from Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal or your bank.
  • Subscription costs for the CRM, SMS gateway or other third-party service being integrated.
  • WhatsApp Business API conversation charges.
  • Trademark search, registration and legal clearance for a logo.
  • Content writing, product data entry and photography.
  • Building the website or app itself. See website development and app development.
  • Ongoing changes after handover. See maintenance and support.

07 / What this looks like in practice

Two situations, described as hypotheticals.

These are illustrative scenarios written to show how items combine. They are not Netqorix client projects.

Hypothetical example

A new consultancy starting from nothing. It needs a logo and brand identity, business cards for client meetings and a digital QR card for events. Three separate line items, each with its own rate, delivered as one piece of work — and the brand files then feed straight into the website build instead of being redone.

Hypothetical example

An existing shop that wants to take payments online. The website already exists. It needs a payment gateway integration so customers can pay, plus an admin dashboard so staff can see orders and export them, plus one API integration into the accounting tool. Three items, no rebuild of the site itself.

08 / The delivery process

How an add-on engagement runs.

  1. Tell us which items you need

Name the specific items, or describe the problem and let Sanjeev tell you which items solve it. You do not have to take a bundle.

  2. Scope and fixed quote

Each item is quoted as its own line so you can see what each one costs and remove anything you do not want.

  3. Inputs from you

Design work needs your brand references, existing assets and content. Integrations need account access and API credentials for the systems being connected. These are confirmed before work starts.

  4. Build and review

Designs are presented for review; integrations are tested against the agreed scenarios, including what should happen when a payment fails or an API is unavailable.

  5. Handover

Source files, artwork and access are handed over after final settlement.

Delivery time depends on how quickly brand references, content and third-party account access come back from you. A schedule is confirmed in your quote rather than promised in advance on this page.

Frequently asked questions

Design and integration questions.

Can I buy these without a Netqorix website project?

Yes. Every item is priced on its own. A logo, a payment gateway on an existing site, or an admin dashboard for a system someone else built are all normal standalone requests.

What is the difference between UI/UX design and website development?

UI/UX design produces the plan — the Figma screens, the clickable prototype and the design system that show how everything should look and behave. Development is building the working thing from that plan. They are priced separately because either can be bought without the other.

Does business card design include printing?

No. You receive print-ready artwork with proper bleed specifications, which you give to any printer. The printing itself is billed by the printer, and their prices depend on quantity, paper and finish.

Are payment gateway transaction fees included?

No. The integration fee is one-time and covers connecting the gateway, handling webhooks and generating invoice receipts. Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal or your bank charge their own percentage on every transaction, forever, and that agreement is between you and them.

Why is each API integration priced separately?

Because each one is genuinely different work. Every service has its own authentication, rate limits, data format and failure behaviour, and each needs testing for what happens when it is slow or unavailable. Pricing them as one lump would mean guessing.

What does an admin dashboard let my team do?

Manage content, products, users and records, control who can see and change what, view basic analytics and export data — without editing code or contacting a developer. The exact screens and permissions are agreed during scoping.

Is rush delivery added automatically if my deadline is tight?

No. Rush is only applied if you ask for it, and it appears as its own line on your quote at 25–40% of the project value. It also cannot speed up things outside our control, such as app store review, printer lead times or your own approval turnaround.

Do I own the design files?

Yes. Source files, vector logos and asset kits are handed over after final settlement. Trademark registration for a logo is a separate legal process that Netqorix does not carry out.
