SEO & local
search.
Be found when customers search. Audits from ₹8,000, monthly plans from ₹10,000, local SEO from ₹8,000 — with the complete Day 1–180 roadmap published on this page.
No ranking position is guaranteed. What is committed to is the work carried out and an honest monthly report measured against your Day 1 baseline.
01 / Who this is for
For businesses that are invisible when customers search.
SEO means making it more likely that your business appears when someone searches for what you sell. Local search means appearing on Google Maps and in the "near me" results when the person searching is close to you.
This page is for businesses with a website that nobody finds, businesses that rank for their own name but nothing else, and businesses whose competitors show up on Maps while they do not.
02 / Problems this can address
What poor search visibility actually costs.
- Customers cannot find you unless they already know your name. You rank for your brand and nothing else.
- You are missing from Google Maps. Competitors appear in the local pack; you do not appear at all.
- Pages are not indexed. Google has not added parts of your site to its index, so they cannot rank at any position.
- The site is slow on phones. Most searches happen on a phone, and a slow page loses people before it loads.
- No content answers what buyers ask. Your site lists services but never answers the questions people actually type.
- Business details are inconsistent. Your name, address and phone number differ across directories, which weakens local ranking.
- Nobody is measuring anything. There is no Search Console, no analytics, and no way to tell whether anything is working.
03 / How it works
The four parts of search visibility.
Technical: can Google read your site?
Whether pages can be crawled and indexed, whether the sitemap and robots directives are correct, whether pages load quickly on a phone, and whether duplicate versions of the same page are competing with each other. If this is wrong, nothing else matters.
On-page: does each page explain what it is?
Page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal links and structured data. This is how a page tells a search engine, and a person reading the result, what it is actually about.
Content: does it answer real questions?
Pages and articles written around what buyers search for, not around what a business enjoys saying about itself. This is the part that takes time and where most sites are weakest.
Local: are you the obvious nearby choice?
Google Business Profile, consistent business details across directories, service areas, photos and reviews. This is what decides Maps and "near me" visibility, and it is often the fastest win for a business with a physical location.
04 / Services and rates
One-time setup, then a monthly plan.
The audit, on-page setup and Google Business Profile setup are one-time items billed per project. Monthly SEO and Local SEO are billed every month for as long as the engagement runs. Individual articles can be bought on their own.
| Service | Scope and key deliverables | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| SEO Audit (one-time) | Comprehensive technical and on-page audit, competitor keyword gap analysis and a prioritised technical action report. | ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 |
| On-Page Setup (one-time) | Meta tags, JSON-LD schema markup, XML sitemap, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals optimisation, and GA4 and Search Console setup. | ₹12,000 – ₹35,000 |
| Monthly SEO — Starter | Optimisation for up to 10 target keywords, ongoing on-page work, 2 long-form SEO articles, and a monthly performance report. | ₹10,000 / mo |
| Monthly SEO — Growth | Up to 25 keywords, strategic link acquisition, 4 SEO articles, competitor rank tracking and priority strategy support. | ₹22,000 / mo |
| Google Business Profile Setup | One-time setup: create or claim the listing, verification assistance, categories, geotagged photos, services menu and launch posts. | ₹3,000 – ₹8,000 |
| Local SEO | Google Business Profile management, local directory citations, Maps ranking strategy and a review collection workflow. | ₹8,000 / mo |
| Content / Blog (per article) | SEO-optimised 800–1,200 word industry article, keyword-targeted, structured with headings and internal links. | ₹1,500 – ₹4,000 |
Most engagements begin with the audit, because it is the only way to know whether the problem is technical, content-related or local — and buying a monthly plan before knowing that is guesswork.
05 / The Day 1 – 180 roadmap
What actually happens, phase by phase.
This is the working plan Netqorix follows on an SEO engagement. Day 1 is the day access and the audit begin, not the day you enquire. The phases are the sequence; the calendar shifts with your actual start date and with how quickly access, approvals and content come back from your side.
Phases 1 and 2 are covered by the one-time audit and on-page setup items. Phases 3 onwards run under a monthly plan — Starter or Growth, plus Local SEO where a physical location or service area matters.
-
Phase 1 · Day 1 – 14
Foundation, access and audit
Nothing is changed yet. This phase establishes what is actually wrong and what is worth fixing first.
Deliverables
- Access confirmed to the website, hosting, domain, Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Business Profile, or those accounts created in your name.
- Full technical audit: crawling, indexing, sitemap, robots directives, duplicate pages, redirects and mobile performance.
- On-page audit: titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal links and existing structured data.
- Keyword research and a competitor gap analysis showing which searches competitors appear for and you do not.
- A prioritised action report: what to fix, in what order, and what each item is expected to affect.
How it is measured: Baseline recorded: current indexed pages, current rankings for target keywords, current organic traffic, current Google Business Profile views and actions. Everything later is measured against this baseline, not against a feeling.
-
Phase 2 · Day 15 – 30
Technical fixes and on-page setup
The high-priority items from the audit are implemented. This is the phase with the most visible under-the-bonnet change and the least visible ranking change.
Deliverables
- Indexing and crawl issues fixed so every page that should rank can be found.
- Page titles and meta descriptions written for every important page.
- Heading structure and internal linking corrected.
- JSON-LD structured data added where the visible page content supports it.
- XML sitemap and robots.txt corrected and submitted.
- Core Web Vitals and mobile performance improvements.
- GA4 and Search Console verified and configured so measurement actually works.
How it is measured: Measured by indexed page count, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals scores and Search Console coverage — not by rankings, which do not move meaningfully this early.
-
Phase 3 · Day 31 – 60
Local search and the first content
Local visibility work begins, and the first published content goes live. From this phase onward the work runs under a monthly plan.
Deliverables
- Google Business Profile created or claimed, verified, and completed with categories, services, hours, service areas and geotagged photos.
- Business name, address and phone number made consistent across the website and local directories.
- Local directory citations built and corrected.
- A review collection workflow set up so asking for reviews becomes routine rather than occasional.
- The first SEO articles published: 2 per month on Starter, 4 per month on Growth.
- Service pages optimised around the priority keyword groups.
How it is measured: Measured by Google Business Profile views, direction requests, calls and website clicks, plus first movement on long-tail keywords. Local signals usually move before general rankings do.
-
Phase 4 · Day 61 – 90
Publishing rhythm and first honest measurement
Content continues at the agreed monthly volume, and the first genuinely meaningful comparison against the baseline becomes possible.
Deliverables
- Continued article publishing at the plan volume.
- Internal linking extended so new articles support the service pages they relate to.
- On-page refinement of pages that are appearing but ranking poorly.
- Google Business Profile posts and photo updates.
- Review responses and ongoing citation cleanup.
- A 90-day review comparing every metric against the Day 1 – 14 baseline.
How it is measured: Measured by impressions, clicks, average position and the number of keywords the site appears for at all. Impressions and keyword coverage almost always move before clicks do, and that is the expected shape of progress, not a disappointment.
-
Phase 5 · Day 91 – 120
Expansion into new keyword groups
With the foundation working, coverage expands into search terms that were out of reach at the start.
Deliverables
- New keyword groups added based on what Search Console shows is already generating impressions.
- New pages or articles created for gaps the competitor analysis identified.
- Existing content updated where it is close to ranking but not quite there.
- On Growth: strategic link acquisition and competitor rank tracking.
- Ongoing local SEO, posts and review workflow.
How it is measured: Measured by growth in ranking keywords, movement of existing keywords into higher positions, and the first attributable organic enquiries.
-
Phase 6 · Day 121 – 150
Authority, reviews and conversion
Attention shifts from being found to being chosen. Traffic that does not convert is not a result.
Deliverables
- Content depth increased on the topics that are performing.
- Conversion review of the pages receiving organic traffic: are enquiry paths obvious, is contact information visible, do pages answer the objection a buyer has at that moment?
- Review volume and response consistency improved.
- Continued link acquisition on Growth.
- Underperforming pages either improved or consolidated.
How it is measured: Measured by enquiries from organic traffic, Google Business Profile actions, review count and rating trend, and the conversion rate of the pages that receive the most organic visits.
-
Phase 7 · Day 151 – 180
Review, full report and next-cycle plan
The six-month cycle is assessed honestly, including what did not work.
Deliverables
- A full 180-day report: every metric against the Day 1 – 14 baseline.
- Analysis of which keyword groups, pages and content types produced results and which did not.
- Clear statement of what did not work and why, rather than a report that only shows favourable numbers.
- A recommendation on whether to continue, change plan tier, change focus, or stop.
- A proposed plan for the next cycle, if continuing makes sense.
How it is measured: Measured by the full six-month comparison: organic traffic, ranking keywords, local actions, enquiries and the cost per enquiry from organic search.
06 / How progress is measured
The numbers that count, and the ones that do not.
Reported every month
- Indexed pages and crawl errors — from Search Console. Whether Google can read the site.
- Impressions — how often you appeared in results. This moves first.
- Clicks and click-through rate — whether people chose your result.
- Average position for the tracked keyword set.
- Number of ranking keywords — how many searches you appear for at all.
- Google Business Profile actions — views, calls, direction requests and website clicks.
- Organic enquiries — the number that actually matters.
What is not promised
- A specific ranking position. Search results depend on competitors, search volume, Google’s own algorithm changes and the user’s location. No provider controls those.
- A guaranteed number of leads. That depends on your market, your pricing and your offer as much as on visibility.
- Results in the first month. Technical and on-page work is invisible in rankings while it is being done.
- Permanent results. Competitors keep working and algorithms keep changing. Stopping SEO does not freeze your position where it was.
07 / What Netqorix needs from you
Client responsibilities, stated plainly.
SEO stalls more often because of input delays than because of anything technical. These are the things only you can provide:
- Account access. Website, hosting, domain registrar, Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Business Profile — or authority to create them in your business name.
- Correct business information. Exact legal and trading name, address, phone number, hours and service areas. These must be consistent everywhere, and only you can confirm which version is correct.
- Google Business Profile verification. Google sends a verification code or requires a video verification to the business owner. Netqorix can assist and prepare everything, but the verification step is yours to complete.
- Subject-matter review. Articles about your industry need someone from your business to confirm that the technical detail is right. A factually wrong article damages trust faster than no article.
- Approvals within a reasonable time. Content awaiting approval is not published, and unpublished content does not rank.
- Photos and real proof. Genuine photos of your premises, team, products and completed work. Stock imagery performs poorly for local search.
- Review requests. Netqorix sets up the workflow, but customers give reviews to your business, not to your agency. Review platforms prohibit incentivised or fabricated reviews, and Netqorix will not create them.
- Permission to change the website. If another provider controls the site, they must be willing to implement changes, or the technical work cannot proceed.
08 / What you get and what is excluded
Deliverables and exclusions, stated up front.

09 / What this looks like in practice
Two situations, described as hypotheticals.
These are illustrative scenarios written to explain how the plans apply. For a verified Netqorix client outcome, see the Bharat Infra case study.
A dental clinic that nobody finds on Maps. The website exists but the Google Business Profile was never claimed. The audit confirms the technical side is acceptable and local is the gap, so the work is Google Business Profile setup plus a Local SEO plan at ₹8,000 / mo, with the review workflow doing most of the heavy lifting.
A B2B supplier ranking only for its own brand name. Buyers search for product specifications and applications, and the site has no content answering any of it. The audit finds indexing problems as well, so the work is audit, on-page setup, then a Growth plan at ₹22,000 / mo for the keyword coverage and four articles a month.
10 / Pricing, billing and ongoing costs
What is one-time and what recurs.
One-time
The SEO audit, on-page setup and Google Business Profile setup are billed once, per project.
Monthly
Monthly SEO (Starter or Growth) and Local SEO are billed every month for as long as the engagement continues. SEO is cumulative work; a single month of it is close to worthless, which is why these are monthly rather than one-off.
Per item
Individual articles can be bought on their own at ₹1,500 – ₹4,000 each if you do not want a full monthly plan.
Third-party costs
Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile are free. Optional paid rank-tracking or audit tools, professional photography, and any paid advertising are separate and billed by those providers or specialists.
Frequently asked questions
SEO and local search questions.
How long before SEO shows results?
Technical and on-page work produces no visible ranking change in the first month by design. Impressions and long-tail keywords typically move first, followed by clicks. A fair assessment needs roughly three to six months of consistent work, which is why the roadmap on this page runs to Day 180.
Can you guarantee first position on Google?
No, and nobody can. Search results depend on competitors, search volume, the searcher's location and Google's own algorithm, none of which any provider controls. What is committed to is the work carried out and an honest monthly report measured against your Day 1 baseline.
What is the difference between SEO and local SEO?
General SEO is about appearing in ordinary search results for what you sell. Local SEO is about appearing on Google Maps and in 'near me' results, and it is driven by your Google Business Profile, consistent business details across directories, and reviews. A business with a physical location or service area usually needs both.
Do I need the audit if I already have a website?
It is strongly recommended, because it is the only way to know whether the problem is technical, content-related or local. Buying a monthly plan without it means paying for work that may not be addressing what is actually holding the site back.
Who owns the Google Business Profile and analytics accounts?
You do. Accounts are created or claimed in your business name and you keep primary ownership. Netqorix works as a manager on them. If the engagement ends, you retain the accounts and the data.
What happens if I stop the monthly plan?
The work already done stays: fixed technical issues remain fixed, published articles remain published, and the Google Business Profile remains yours. But rankings are not permanent — competitors keep publishing and algorithms keep changing, so positions typically drift down over time without ongoing work.
Do you buy backlinks?
No. Buying links violates Google's guidelines and risks a penalty on your site. Link acquisition on the Growth plan is earned placement through genuinely useful content and legitimate outreach, which is slower and considerably safer.
Can you do SEO on a website you did not build?
Yes, provided changes can actually be made to it. If another provider controls the site and will not implement recommendations, the technical and on-page work cannot proceed. That is worth confirming before an engagement starts rather than discovering in week three.
Is content writing included?
Yes, at the volume in your plan: 2 articles a month on Starter and 4 on Growth. Someone from your business needs to review anything containing industry-specific technical detail, because factual errors do more damage than a missing article.
